Yes. Your connection to RTDLog is secured through the HTTPS protocol using the latest in encryption technology to ensure your data is securely sent from your browser to our servers. The database that contains your data is also backed up on a nightly basis. So, in the unlikely event of a database server crash, your data will be quickly restored ensuring no contacts are lost.

Your personal information is just that, yours. We will never lend, lease, sell or otherwise release your information, including your email address, to anybody. Your password is encrypted in our database so nobody, but you, and whoever you tell, will have access to it. Payments are made via PayPal so no credit card information is stored in our systems anywhere, period.

Easy. Just tell us and we'll get it added if it makes sense for the entire user community. Now, we can't promise we'll change the colors or make the font a different style, but if your request makes sense and other users would benefit, then consider it done.

Simple, for lots of reasons. First, there is nothing to install on your computer. You run your log through a secure connection to the internet. Second, as part of your service agreement, your software will always be the latest version available. No upgrade scripts or programs to run. Just log in and you are running the latest version. Third, and most important, your entire log is not lost if something crashes on your computer. If you have one contact stored or thousands, they are save and redundantly backed up constantly on the database sever running behind the scenes in RTD Log so you have nothing to fear when it comes to your data.
